Currently for one of our Clients- an automotive company based in Cracow, we are looking for a Functional Safety Manager.
The job is 100% remote with only 2 days a month at the office.

Currently for one of our Clients- an automotive company based in Cracow, we are looking for a Functional Safety Manager.
The job is 100% remote with only 2 days a month at the office.
A person hired on this position will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements in the area of Functional Safety
- Support the development team in meeting the requirements of ISO26262
- Preparation of a product safety plan at the project level
- Ensuring the technical revision of individual documents
- Covering the assessment of Functional Safety on projects, supporting the team in defining and implementing corrective measures
- Centrally responsible contact person and coordinator for functional safety related topics in the project for internal and external stakeholder
- Close cooperation with the software group leaders, supervisors and the overall project management
- Regularly status reporting to customer and the management
- Supports and participates in meetings at the customer's development center, supports pilot sample preparation, product manufacturing activities, and SOP claims
What you'll need to succeed:
- More than 3 years of Professional experience in the field of safety critical automotive embedded systems development
- Experience in the application of industry standards as well as improvement activities (e.g. ASPICE, AUTOSAR, ISO26262)
- Knowledge of common automotive SW development methodologies and tooling and AUTOSAR beneficial
- Good knowledge of project management methods and tools is beneficial
- High level of judgement and decision-making ability, assertiveness and communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure; in addition, English: B2 minimum.
