On behalf of our Client, a newly GSS established in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Reward&Performance Specialist / Senior Specialist to shape the new role in the organization.
Holding this position you will be a part of newly established regional HR operations team dedicated to DACH region with a focus on cooperating with different stakeholders in order to prepare analyses and statistics on employment. In this position you will be mainly responsible for support of the specific Performance and Reward processes for around 900 employees. You will be expected to support and coordinate processes like global annual goal setting and performance review, or global annual merit review and incentives. Moreover, you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports about the employees evaluation process. Your focus will be also compensation&benefit. Further, you can expect being involved and coordinate some simple learning and development tasks.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 3 years of experience in HR Area – Compensation and Benefits. Experience in Learning and Development will be an asset. Moreover, candidate we are looking for is experience with SAP HR and ideally has some Workday experience. Excellent command of English and German is required as well.Openness to take part in a up to 12-weeks transition is also required.
